气压交变负荷试验装置(简称气变装置)是检测0.1～0.6MPa压力仪表质量指标的关键设备之一,它是根据GB1226-86(普通压力表)、GB1227-86(精密压力表)及ZBN11××—88(膜盒压力表)标准中的技术要求而设计的。本装置解决了多年来低MPa压力仪表用液体作传动介质进行交变负荷的试验问题。
Gas pressure alternating load test device (referred to as gasification device) is to detect 0.1 ~ 0.6MPa pressure gauge one of the key quality indicators, which is based on GB1226-86 (ordinary pressure gauge), GB1227-86 (precision pressure gauge) and ZBN11 × × -88 (capsule pressure gauge) standards in the technical requirements and design. The device solves the problem of alternating load with low pressure liquid pressure gauge instrument as transmission medium for many years.
