企业的政治策略与市场策略之间存在二元性悖论。以政治策略作为初创战略的中国企业必须在某一合适的时间转换为市场策略,才能持续发展。以市场策略作为初创战略的中国企业必须在某一合适的时间转换为政治策略,才能持续发展。企业应根据不同的外部环境以及自身资源禀赋选择政治或者市场的初创战略,才能获得较高经营绩效。企业在政治与市场策略之间转换的时间点正确,则转换成功的可能性较大;反之则则转换成功的可能性较小。企业家对于战略转换节点的把握有赖于企业家的政治警觉。
There is a duality paradox between the corporate political strategy and the marketing strategy. Chinese enterprises that adopt political strategy as a starting point strategy must transform themselves into marketing strategies at an appropriate time in order to achieve sustainable development. Chinese enterprises that adopt a market strategy as a start-up strategy must transform themselves into political strategies at an appropriate time in order to achieve sustainable development. Enterprises should be based on different external environment and their own endowments of resources to choose political or market start-up strategy, in order to obtain higher operating performance. Corporations in the political and market strategies at the right time to switch between the conversion is more likely to succeed; the other hand, less likely to convert success. Entrepreneurship for strategic transformation nodes depends on the political alert of entrepreneurs.
