目的观测血脂及血小板参数的改变在2型糖尿病肾病(DN)中的变化及意义。方法42例2型DN患者血脂及血小板参数分别与30例单一糖尿病DM组及30例正常对照组比较。血脂包括总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG);血小板参数包括血小板计数(p lt)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)。结果2型DN患者TG(2.2±1.9)mmol/L,MPV(9.1±1.3)fl,PDW(18.1±1.3)f。l高于单一DM组的TG(2.0±1.7)mmol/L,MPV(8.3±1.1)fl及PDW(17.2±1.3)fl(P<0.05);TG,MPV,PDW高于正常对照组的(1.0±0.4)mmol/L,(7.6±1.1)fl及(16.8±0.8)fl(P<0.01);TC(5.7±1.7)mmol/L较单一糖尿病(4.6±1.2)mmol/L及对照组(4.4±0.6)mmol/L增高(P<0.05);p lt(174±63)×109/L则较单一DM组(197±46)×109/L及对照组(218±43)×109/L减少,分别为P<0.05及P<0.01。结论血脂及血小板因素参与了2型DN的发生及其进展。
Objective To observe the changes of blood lipids and platelet parameters in type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN) and its significance. Methods The blood lipid and platelet parameters of 42 patients with type 2 DN were compared with 30 DM patients and 30 normal controls respectively. Blood lipids included total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG); platelet parameters included platelet count (p lt), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet volume distribution width (PDW). Results TG (2.2 ± 1.9) mmol / L, MPV (9.1 ± 1.3) fl, PDW (18.1 ± 1.3) f were found in patients with type 2 DN. (P <0.05); TG, MPV and PDW were significantly higher than those of the normal control group (2.0 ± 1.7 mmol / L TG, MPV 8.3 ± 1.1 fl and PDW 17.2 ± 1.3 fl 1.0 ± 0.4 mmol / L, (7.6 ± 1.1) fl and (16.8 ± 0.8) fl respectively (P <0.01) (4.4 ± 0.6) mmol / L, P lt; 174 ± 63/109 / L was significantly higher than that of single DM group (197 ± 46) × 109 / L and control group (218 ± 43) × 109 / L decreased, P <0.05 and P <0.01, respectively. Conclusion Serum lipids and platelets are involved in the occurrence and progression of type 2 DN.
