5月27日,建设部部长汪光焘在全国建设系统安全生产电视电话会议上作了重要讲话。讲话针对目前建设系统各行业安全生产的严峻形势和突出问题,提出突出重点,抓好当前安全生产工作。并就立即开展专项大检查和治理工作、一线人员基本安全知识培训、全面检查危旧房等工作进行了部署。讲话还特别强调,加强建设系统的安全生产管理,必须标本兼治,重在治本。为此,本刊特发表讲话中相关内容以飨读者。
