我国当前能源形势十分严峻,而建筑是耗能大户。建筑能耗包括建造房屋生产环节的能耗和消费过程的运行能耗,据估算,其总量占到社会总能耗的46.7%左右。建筑节能已是我国节能工作的重点内容。而我们赖以生存的水资源,也正面临着短缺和污染的考验,节约用水迫在眉睫。这一切都给建筑给排水工程的设计提出了许多新的要求,供水技术先进化的步伐急待加快在建筑给排水设计中,应该以最低限度的水资源作为建筑给排水设计的目标和原则,然后根据建筑的实际状况,采取相应的节能节水对策,实现节能节水的目标。
