当前,随着市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,而企业管理作为提高企业竞争力的一个重要方法,在企业发展中发挥中越来越重要的作用。在目前的企业管理过程中,激励理论的运用愈加广泛和深刻。有效的激励可以提高企业员工的积极性,增强企业的活力,使企业在激烈的竞争中不断获胜。但是,在当前的激励理论的运用过程中,还存在着一些诸如激励机制不完善、激励过程过于简单和激励程度过高或过低等问题。本文就这些问题进行了分析,并提出了一些针对性的解决性建议,以推动激励理论更好地在企业管理中发挥作用。
At present, with the continuous development of market economy, the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer. Enterprise management, as an important method to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. In the current business management process, the use of incentive theory is more extensive and profound. Effective incentives can enhance the enthusiasm of employees, enhance the vitality of enterprises so that enterprises in the fierce competition continue to win. However, in the current application of incentive theory, there are still some problems such as imperfect incentive mechanism, overly simple incentive process and too high or too low incentive level. This article analyzes these problems and puts forward some pertinent suggestions to promote the incentive theory to play a better role in business management.
