为了研究阻尼器参数(位置、数量及阻尼大小)在锁定过程中对锁定冲击力矩及帆板展开到位过程中对卫星姿态角的影响,在卫星太阳翼系统建模的基础上,利用MSC.ADAMS动力学软件对太阳帆板展开过程进行了仿真分析,对展开过程中帆板之间的冲击力矩以及卫星姿态角变化进行了分析.结果表明:在连接架与帆板间施加单阻尼器可以有效地减小帆板间的锁定冲击力矩及卫星姿态角变化.对各种工况进行了分析、总结,提出了阻尼参数的选择方法.
In order to study the influence of damper parameters (position, quantity and damping size) on the satellite impact angle during the locking process and on the satellite attitude angle during the deployment of the windsurfing board, based on the modeling of the satellite solar wing system, MSC.ADAMS Dynamic software was used to simulate the process of solar panel deployment, and the impact moment between satellite panels and satellite attitude angle during deployment was analyzed.The results show that single dampers can be effective To reduce the locking impact torque between the sailboard and satellite attitude angle changes.All the conditions were analyzed and summarized, and the selection method of damping parameters was put forward.
