新机场选址阶段的飞行程序设计

机场是组成现代化立体交通网络的重要基础设施。要建设一个新机场,首先进行的工作就是选址,它是新机场建设过程中不可缺少的环节。在新机场建设的全过程中,飞行程序设计可分为:选址、预可、可研、初步设计、终端设计等阶段。本文侧重新机场选址(预可)阶段的飞行程序设计(航空器运行和航行服务程序)作一探讨。一、目的、任务和原则 1.目的和任务分析与飞行程序有关的各种因素,论证比选出对航空器运行最有利的场址建议、位置、方向、等级和规模,提出为实现此目的尚存在的问题及解决这些问题的建议。 2.为实现上述目的和任务原则实事求是认真做好数据资料的收集与分析,提出能满足飞行程序 The airport is an important infrastructure that forms a modern three-dimensional transportation network. To build a new airport, the first task is to locate the site. It is an indispensable link in the construction of the new airport. In the whole process of the construction of the new airport, flight program design can be divided into: site selection, pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, preliminary design, terminal design and other stages. This paper focuses on the design of flight procedures (aircraft operation and flight service procedures) at the new airport location (pre-feasibility) stage. I. PURPOSE, TASKS AND PRINCIPLES 1. Purpose and Mission To analyze the various factors related to the flight procedure, the feasibility of the proposed site, the direction, the scale and the scale of the aircraft that are most advantageous to the operation of the aircraft are demonstrated. Existing problems and suggestions to solve these problems. 2.
