电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱(ICP—AES)分析方法以其灵敏度高,稳定性好,分析范围广,基体效应小等优点,已成为公认的一种目前先进的分析方法。国内外现行使用于ICP—AES的雾化器,主要有气动式的玻璃同心,垂直交叉雾化器,非气动式的超声雾化器等。超声雾化器具有很好的检出能力,但结构较复杂,操作不太方便,价格昂贵。玻璃同心雾化器结构简单,制作容易,操作简便,价格低,灵敏度也很高。缺点是制作时参数不易控制,样品溶液浓度大时易堵塞。相比之下,国内外仍广泛采取同心雾化器在样品溶液浓度允许量之内进行分析。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has become recognized as one of the most advanced analytical methods for its high sensitivity, good stability, wide analysis range and small matrix effect. Currently used in the ICP-AES nebulizer at home and abroad, there are pneumatic glass concentric, vertical cross atomizer, non-pneumatic ultrasonic nebulizer. Ultrasonic nebulizer has good detection ability, but the structure is more complex, the operation is not convenient, expensive. Concentric glass atomizer structure is simple, easy to make, easy to operate, low price, high sensitivity. The disadvantage is that the parameters are not easy to control the production, easy to plug the sample solution concentration. In contrast, concentric nebulizers are still widely used at home and abroad for analysis within the allowable concentration of the sample solution.
