清代大學者阮元主持編寫的《十三經注疏校勘記》與日本江户時代學者山井鼎撰、物觀補遺的《七經孟子考文補遺》,均爲校勘學和經學史上具有重要影響力之名著,後者乃前者之重要參校書目之一。但二者之關係究竟如何,學術界尚缺乏系統而深入的研究。本文以《禮記》爲中心,通過較爲詳細的對比和考辨,並選取《禮記》中《考文》所列出的十八個具有一定代表性的條目,與《校勘記》所校條目進行對比,然後得出如下結論:雖然《考文》乃《校勘記》之重要參校書目之一,並且後者對前者還多有補充、説明及匡正,但《校勘記》並未全面吸收《考文》之成果,同時也存在不少《校勘記》有誤而《考文》正確之處,因此《校勘記》並不能取代《考文》。《考文》至今仍有重要參考價值,但就校勘本身而言,其總體水平一般,令人拍案叫絶之處不多,略遜色于阮元的《十三經注疏校勘記》。除了《考文》之外,日本學者還有不少與《十三經注疏》校勘有關的學術成果,中國學者應該注意利用。

Therefore, collation does not replace ”test-writing.“ ”Text of Covenant“ still has important reference value, but as far as the collation itself is concerned, the general level of it is very small. It is a bit inferior to Ruan Yuan’s Thirteen Classics. In addition to ”Kao-wen,“ Japanese scholars still have many academic achievements related to the collation of the ”Thirteen Classics," and Chinese scholars should pay attention to their use.
