目的：通过对我院门诊质子泵抑制剂使用分析，为临床合理应用提供参考。方法对2010-2012年我院门诊PPI的品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs)、限定日剂量（DDC）进行分析统计。结果我院门诊PPI的品种逐年增加2个，销售量逐年增加，而用药频度（DDDs)呈先升后降趋势。泮托拉唑和雷贝拉唑的使用一直处于主导位置，奥美拉唑有较大的起伏。结论我院门诊PPI应用基本合理。“,”Objective To andlyze the use of proton pump inhibitors of outpatient department in our hospital,to provide the reference for clinical reasonable application.Methods From 2010 to 2012 in our hospital PPI varieties, consumption sum,DDDs (DDDs),defined daily dose (DDC) of statistical analysis.Results The results of PPI in our hospital outpatient varieties increase year by year 2,sales increased year by year,and the frequency of drug use (DDDs) increased first and then decreased.The use of pantoprazole and Reba La has been in the leading position,omeprazole has larger fluctuation.Conclusion Outpatient PPI application of the basic and reasonable.
