由某生产企业出资20余万元年薪难求一名高级焊工一事可以看出,随着社会对焊接人才需求的加剧,我国在焊接人才教育、培训系统中暴露出的问题也越来越明显。焊接是一门应用技术,需要的是既懂理论又有高超焊接技能的焊接专家型人才。但常规情况下,现在高校培养的焊接专业的大学毕业生,几乎都缺乏实际操作能力,他们到企业以后还需经过一段时间的再培训;而对于一些条件不具备的培训机构培养出来的焊接学员,往往理论知识又很欠缺,实际操作能力也不强,这便造成了现在高级焊接人才难求的局面。那么,针对这个问题,我们应该采取怎样的措施呢?下面有来自高校的教授、企业及培训机构的资深人士对此发表了“仁者见仁,智者见智”的看法。望这些观点能给我们相关培训机构带来启发,并在工作上有新的突破。
It can be seen from the fact that a production company contributes more than RMB 200,000 in annual salary to an advanced welder. With the increasing demand for welding talents in the society, the problems exposed in the welding talent education and training system in China are becoming more and more obvious. Welding is an applied technology and it requires welding expert talent who understand both theory and superb welding skills. However, under normal circumstances, most college graduates in welding universities are now lacking in practical ability. After they arrive at the enterprise, they need to undergo retraining for a period of time; and for those welding institutions trained by some training institutions that do not have the necessary conditions. However, theoretical knowledge is often lacking and the actual operation ability is not strong. This has created a situation where advanced welding talent is hard to find. So, what kind of measures should we take to address this issue? The following are senior professionals from universities, professors, companies and training institutions who have expressed their views on “benevolence, wisdom, wisdom and wisdom”. Looking at these viewpoints can bring inspiration to our training institutions and make new breakthroughs in our work.
