目的 :观察不同保存条件下血清中TPS活性变化 ,为血清库建立提供依据。方法 :取肝癌、肺癌患者血清 5例 ,分别于 2 5℃、4℃、- 2 0℃、- 75℃不同放置时间及冻融次数下用ELISA法测定其TPS活性。结果 :各种温度、各个时间、不同冻融次数下TPS活性无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :从经济、实用、长久的方面考虑 ,肿瘤标志物血清库保存条件以 - 2 0℃为好。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of serum TPS activity under different storage conditions and provide evidences for the establishment of serum pool. Methods Totally 5 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and lung cancer were enrolled in this study. TPS activity was measured by ELISA at different storage times of 2 5 ℃, 4 ℃, -20 ℃ and -75 ℃, respectively. Results: There was no significant difference in TPS activity between different temperatures, different time and number of freeze-thaw cycles (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: From the economical, practical and long-term perspective, the serum tumor bank preservation conditions should be -20 ° C.
