目的探讨芪胶升白胶囊对氯氮平致白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年5月我院精神科服用氯氮平后出现白细胞减少的住院患者119例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者在精神分裂症常规治疗基础上加芪胶升白胶囊治疗,对照组患者在精神分裂症常规治疗基础上加利可君治疗。分别于治疗前、第2周、第4周测定两组患者外周血白细胞(WBC)计数,比较两组WBC变化及疗效。结果在第4周末,观察组患者的总有效率为86.7%,明显高于对照组的71.2%;在第2周时,两组患者的WBC较治疗前比较明显提高,且观察组增高幅度高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论芪胶升白胶囊治疗氯氮平引起的白细胞减少快速有效。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of QLSL capsule on clozapine induced leukopenia. Methods A total of 119 inpatients with leukopenia after taking clozapine in our psychiatry from January 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus glibenclamide capsules on the basis of conventional treatment of schizophrenia. Patients in the control group were treated with gailycanon on the basis of routine treatment of schizophrenia. Peripheral blood leukocytes (WBC) counts were measured before treatment, 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. The changes of WBC and the curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results At the end of the 4th week, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.2%). At the 2nd week, the WBC of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment and the increase rate of the observation group was high In the control group; the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion QGJB capsule is effective in treating leucopenia caused by clozapine quickly and effectively.
