中职职业技能大赛向社会各界展示了中等职业教育的优秀成果,同时也对中职学校技能教学整体水平和质量的提高起到了很好的引导作用。该文通过对20所中职学校大赛和技能教学的师生调研结果分析,提出借鉴技能大赛成功经验,探讨技能教学模式,实行小班化项目,探究“七步”混合式教学模式,并在两个平行班级中进行同步教学实验。从效果看,实施“七步”混合式教学模式的班级学生的技能水平和综合素质明显好于未实行该模式的班级,该教学模式较好地提高了专业技能课堂教学的质量。
Vocational vocational skills contest to demonstrate to all sectors of society the outstanding achievements of secondary vocational education, but also on the overall level of secondary vocational school teaching skills and improve the quality played a very good guiding role. Based on the analysis of the investigation results of teachers and students in 20 secondary vocational schools competitions and skills teaching, this paper proposes the successful experience of skills competitions, discusses the skills teaching mode, implements the small-scale project, explores the “seven-step” hybrid teaching mode Simultaneous teaching experiment in two parallel classes. From the effect, the level and comprehensive quality of the students in the “seven-step” hybrid teaching mode are obviously better than those in the non-practicing mode. The teaching mode improves the quality of the specialized skill classroom teaching.
