依托优势制造资源进行服务衍生已成为制造企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。由于服务衍生过程的复杂性和客户需求的多样性,产品-服务的有效匹配已成为决定服务衍生能否成功实现的关键。以服务衍生的产品服务包特征分析为基础,刻画了制造企业服务衍生的过程,基于稳定匹配理论,构建了产品模块-服务项目的匹配规划模型,并给出了问题的求解方法,最后实例验证了研究理论与方法的科学性与有效性。研究结果表明:服务衍生实质是产品与服务相互匹配的过程,产品价值的更大实现需要服务衬托,而服务的价值创造需要依托产品;两者的稳定匹配有助于客户问题的解决。
Relying on the advantages of manufacturing resources for service derivatives has become an important means for manufacturing enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Due to the complexity of the service derivation process and the diversity of customer needs, efficient product-service matching has become the key to determining whether the service derivation can be successfully implemented.
