在夹具定位、夹紧过程中,利用变形效应解决自动定心问题,以提高工效。笔者在一九八○年设计制造了在双孔中自动定心的钻模,取代圆柱销与菱形销定位的钻模,使效率提高一倍,装夹效应提高二至三倍。一、问题的提出在加工2z-3/8型无润滑空气压缩机(简称528)机身上端面10孔过程中,在机身上端面找不到定位基准。按圆柱销与菱形销原理制造的钻模只能以距离上端面为330毫米二滑道孔为基准。以圆柱销与菱形销定位的钻模,将模板靠在工件上,为限制三个自由度,须在模板上附设夹紧装置,用圆柱销与1孔配合限制两个移动自由度,用菱形销与2孔配合限制
