本文试图对尤金Ａ．奈达和彼得．纽马克各自的翻译方法论以及其他一些翻译理论进行比较研究。认为奈过推崇动态等值翻译法和正式等值翻译法，且非常注重接受者的反应和译文的沟通作用。纽马克则推崇语义翻译法和交际翻译法，且注重译文的准确性及其力量。
This article attempts to Eugene A. Nida and Peter. Newmark’s own translation methodology and other translation theories are compared. They think that they have respected the dynamic equivalence translation method and formal equivalence translation method, and paid great attention to the reaction of the recipient and the translation of the translation. Newmark respected semantic translation and communicative translation, with emphasis on the accuracy and strength of the translation.
