职业学校文化的显著特征是文化中的职业特性,二者的高度融合是职业学校文化建设的重要内涵。本文以江苏联合职业技术学院结合典型企业文化融入校园文化建设的案例实践研究,指出了职业学校文化建设的思路,提出了以PDCA管理工具为依托,四阶段闭合循环的职业学校文化建设模式,阐述了融合企业文化的职业学校文化建设的多种典型的路径,提供了一份校企文化融合的载体菜单。
The distinctive feature of vocational school culture is its occupational characteristics in culture. The high degree of integration between the two is an important part of the cultural construction of vocational schools. Based on the case study of Jiangsu Lianhe Vocational and Technical College integrating typical corporate culture into campus culture construction, this paper points out the train of thought for the construction of vocational school culture and puts forward the model of vocational school culture building based on PDCA management tools and four-stage closed cycle. The fusion of corporate culture and vocational education in the construction of a variety of typical path to provide a carrier culture of school-enterprise integration menu.
