目的了解列车集中空调系统微生物污染状况。方法对运行中列车集中空调系统微生物污染指标进行检测分析。结果列车集中空调系统送风口细菌总数、真菌总数超出国家标准,细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为47.62%~90.91%、36.36%~45.45%,最大超标倍数分别为36.28和42.34倍;β-溶血性链球菌均未检出,各类车厢送风口细菌总数、真菌总数样本均数两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。风管内细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为58.33%、25.0%,最大超标倍数分别为42.40和5.90倍。结论列车集中空调系统微生物指标污染严重。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination of train central air conditioning system. Methods Detection and analysis of microbial pollution indicators of train air-conditioning system in operation. Results The total number of bacteria in the outlet of train central air-conditioning system and the total number of fungi exceeded the national standard. The total number of bacteria and the total rate of over-standard fungi were 47.62% -90.91% and 36.36% -45.45%, respectively, with the maximum exceeding standard multiples of 36.28 and 42.34 times respectively. Streptococcus were not detected, all kinds of cabin air supply bacteria total number of fungi, the total number of samples were twenty-two comparisons, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The total number of bacteria in the duct and the total number of over-standard fungi were 58.33% and 25.0%, respectively. The maximum over-standard times were 42.40 and 5.90 times respectively. Conclusion The train air-conditioning system of microbial indicators of serious pollution.
