本文应用油膜干涉法及速度型方法在平板模型上进行低速湍流的表面摩擦阻力测量,探索了油膜法测量表面摩擦阻力的实验技术,分析了不同实验方式对测量结果的影响以及实验误差产生的原因。研究表明,模型安装方式、油膜布置方式以及重力作用的影响在油膜干涉法中基本都可以忽略,在精度要求不高的情况下,不需要对结果进行修正。通过采用热膜法和油膜法对翼型表面摩擦阻力进行测量,表明油膜干涉法是一种适用范围广泛的风洞实验技术。该方法也可以推广应用到高速风洞试验和大型运输机的飞行实验测量中。
In this paper, oil film interference method and velocity method were used to measure the surface frictional drag of low velocity turbulent flow on the slab model. The experimental technique of oil film method to measure the surface frictional resistance was explored. The influence of different experimental methods on the measurement results and the reason of the experimental error . The research shows that the influence of model installation mode, oil film arrangement and gravity effect can be neglected in the oil film interference method, and the result need not be corrected when the precision is not high. By using the hot film method and the oil film method to measure the airfoil surface frictional resistance, it is shown that the oil film interference method is a widely applicable wind tunnel experiment technique. The method can also be widely applied to the flight experiment of high speed wind tunnel test and large transport aircraft.
