目前煤矿井下采用的低压喷雾除尘,压力小,雾化程度低,对呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率不高,且浪费水源。为解决上述问题,将高压微雾技术合理利用到井下除尘设备上,并在此基础上,自行研发设计气动高压微雾除尘装置,用以完成综采工作面及巷道出入口的降温、除尘工作。从装置结构设计、工作原理以及特点入手,阐明该装置设计的合理性和可靠性。并进行了井下样机试验,试验效果表明,该装置易于操作,除尘效果好,工作效率高,安装方便。
