文章研究了脂肪酶水解不同油脂后对油脂厌氧消化性能的改善。6种油脂分别为猪油、花生油、橄榄油、菜籽油、煎炸废油和抽烟机废油,通过脂肪酶的添加,将油脂进行水解作用,水解后的油脂进行厌氧消化。实验结果表明,脂肪酶对不同油脂水解具有专一性,水解率最高的猪油到达87.5%。水解前后进行油脂厌氧消化产气对比实验,酶解后的油脂产气效率较高,猪油、花生油、菜籽油和煎炸废油的T80分别比未酶解处理的油脂提前9天,2天,2天和6天。脂肪酶水解后对于橄榄油的厌氧消化促进作用效果并不明显,而对于抽烟机废油,酶解后厌氧消化出现了抑制。综上所述,脂肪酶水解油脂对于猪油和煎炸废油效果最佳。
The article studied the lipase hydrolysis of different fat on the anaerobic digestion improved performance. The six kinds of fats and oils were lard, peanut oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil, frying oil and waste oil of smoking machine respectively. Through the addition of lipase, the oil was hydrolyzed and the hydrolyzed fat was anaerobically digested. The experimental results showed that lipase was specific to different lipids, and the lard with the highest hydrolysis rate reached 87.5%. Hydrolysis of anaerobic digestion before and after comparison of gas production, enzymatic hydrolysis of gas production of gas is higher, lard, peanut oil, rapeseed oil and fried waste oil T80 than the untreated grease 9 days earlier, 2 days, 2 days and 6 days. Lipase hydrolysis for olive oil anaerobic digestion promoting effect is not obvious, but for the smoking machine waste oil, enzymatic digestion after anaerobic inhibition. In summary, lipase hydrolysis of oil and lard for fried oil best effect.
