Concrete poetry belongs to the category of visual poetry. It is a manifestation of modern and postmodern visual poetry. It is often compared with the avant-garde and experimentalists and belongs to a special phenomenon of literature. A concrete poem is a poem created by a poet by a pattern of letters, words or symbols. Unlike conventional poetry, it does not merely arrange words in the form of a linear development over time. In other words, the specific poem is a synthesis of two kinds of art in time and space. The specific poem is a very active poetry school that stands out from the modern visual poetry after World War II.
