为加强集中式的一次回风中央空调系统设备状态的监控,设计以中央空调设备为研究对象,利用上位机组态软件将中央空调一次回风空气的温度、湿度等参数进行监测和控制,同时采用DDC控制器作为下位机对中央空调一次回风空气质量进行控制。在不同季节通过上位机组态进行相应的PID参数设置,可以较好地解决了夏、冬不同季节空气调节质量与效率之间的矛盾。
In order to strengthen the monitoring of the equipment condition of the central air-conditioning system with a centralized return air, the design of the central air-conditioning equipment is taken as the research object. The parameters of the temperature and humidity of the return air of the central air conditioner are monitored and controlled by the PC configuration software. The use of DDC controller as the next crew of the central air conditioning a return air quality control. In different seasons, the corresponding PID parameters are set by PC configuration, which can well solve the contradiction between the air conditioning quality and efficiency in different seasons of summer and winter.
