以聚苯乙烯微球胶体晶体为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶的方法成功地制备出高质量的二氧化钛孔型材料.通过严格地控制制备过程,得到的大孔材料在厘米范围表现出一致的颜色.扫描电子显微镜(SEM和透射电子显微镜(TEM)用来表征大孔二氧化钛薄膜的结构和形貌.X射线衍射仪(XRD)用来测定二氧化钛的晶型.测试结果表明,在合成的大孔材料中,孔呈面心立方(FCC)结构的有序排列,孔径大小均匀,孔壁由晶粒直径约为12nm的TiO2粒子构成,二氧化钛的晶型为锐钛矿相.
