随着心房颤动(房颤)电生理机制研究的广泛深入,心房电重构被认为与增龄性房颤密切相关,电重构与钙超载有关,其发生为心房肌细胞L-型钙电流与通道以及肌质网钙调控蛋白异常表达引起。增龄心房组织的细胞电生理和分子生物学的改变是否是老年人较成年人易发房颤的分子机制尚不十分明确。现就增龄性房颤心房电重构与钙电流分子机制的研究进展予以综述。
With the extensive study of the electrophysiological mechanism of atrial fibrillation (AF), atrial electrical remodeling is thought to be closely related to age-related atrial fibrillation. Now on the atrial fibrillation atrial electrical remodeling and calcium current molecular mechanism of the research are reviewed.
