目的分析智力障碍与个体染色体异常及细胞微核发生的关系。方法应用细胞遗传学方法分别制备智力低下儿和正常儿童的淋巴细胞染色体标本,检测核型和微核率。结果 36例智障儿中,共检出11例染色体异常核型,检出率为30.56%;其微核发生率为13.89%,正常对照组为2.93%,差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论儿童智力障碍的方式可能与染色体的异常和微核的发生有关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between mental retardation and chromosomal abnormalities and the occurrence of micronuclei in individuals. Methods Chromosomal specimens of lymphocytes from children with mental retardation and normal children were separately prepared by cytogenetics to detect the karyotype and micronucleus rate. Results Eleven cases of chromosomal abnormalities were detected in 36 cases of mentally retarded children, the detection rate was 30.56%, the incidence of micronuclei was 13.89%, and that of the normal control group was 2.93% (P <0.01) . Conclusion Mental retardation in children may be related to chromosomal abnormalities and micronuclei.
