渤海油田陆相沉积,绝大部分油水井存在出砂现象,随着开发时间不断延长,地层产出物如砂、垢沉积及井筒内杂质集结,极易造成防砂管柱、生产管柱同时遇卡。传统双管解卡作业采用先切割内管打捞,再切割外管打捞的方式,费用高、作业时间长且工艺复杂,而连续油管井下双管一次切割技术在充分保护储层、套管的前提下,下入一趟作业管柱,在设计深度同时切割双层遇卡管柱,是集定位、暂堵、切割、洗井一体化大修管柱工艺技术。
