为了减轻钢筋混凝土联肢剪力墙结构的损伤破坏,尽快恢复连梁的使用功能,提出将钢筋混凝土连梁跨中截断安装黏弹性剪切耗能型阻尼器,使其在小震、中震、大震作用下均可耗能以减轻对剪力墙结构的损伤破坏,震后可对阻尼器进行更换以恢复连梁的使用功能。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,以一榀12层联肢剪力墙为例,利用时程分析方法,得到联肢剪力墙结构的基底剪力、墙肢损伤、层间位移和顶点加速度等性能指标,通过对比分析安装阻尼器前后联肢剪力墙结构的地震响应指标,结果表明,附加黏弹性剪切耗能型可更换连梁的剪力墙结构可以有效控制结构的地震响应,减轻剪力墙的损伤破坏,实现震后功能的快速恢复。
