Since 2009, the United States has been actively promoting the reform of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and introduced a number of proposals on chemical safety management regulations in 2010. This article details the US chemical safety management framework and new progress in reform, in-depth analysis of its potential impact on our country, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
