防止大宗食品污染是食品卫生监督管理工作的重要内容,阶段性的总结分析本地区的大宗食品污染状况,对制定下一步预防对策具有一定指导意义,现就本市1986年至1991有关调查资料分析如下。食品污染总体状况:全市共发生大宗食品污染事故79起,污染食品数量为1165.14t。其中1990年污染起数最高(24起),污染数量最大(418.77t);污染起数最低的是1988年(6起),污染数量最低的是1991年。6年统计生物污染共60起,529.49t。化学性污染19起,635.67t。生物性污染多见于易腐食品,如肉类食品,饮料、罐头等;化学性污染多见于粮油类。污染的食品中
