本文介绍了国内在飞机电缆加工工艺中的一种新材料、新工艺。指出在飞机上,尤其是苏式飞机电缆上使用热收缩管死接头能简化加工工艺及缩短加工时间,提高工效,值得加以推广。本文首先简介热收缩材料的工作原理,并且解释在电学上应采用辐照交联材料的原因。然后介绍飞机电缆死接头的类型以及应用死接头的一些限制。最后,根据以往的使用经验,详细介绍了热收缩管死接头的加工工艺中应特别注意的事项。
This paper introduces a new material and new technology in aircraft cable processing. It is pointed out that the use of heat shrink tubing dead connector on the aircraft, especially the Soviet aircraft cable, can simplify the processing technology and shorten the processing time and improve the work efficiency, which is worth to be promoted. This article starts with a brief introduction to the working principle of heat-shrinkable materials and explains the reasons why electrical cross-linked materials should be used electrically. Then we introduce the types of aircraft cable dead fittings and some of the limitations of using dead fittings. Finally, according to the past experience, the heat shrinkable tube deadhead joint processing process should pay special attention to matters.
