呼伦贝尔油田区块分散、单井产能低,地面系统按照常规的工艺规划设计百万吨产能地面建设投资达到20.9亿元。为降低地面建设投资,提高油田开发效益,2008年贝尔油田规模开发建设开始采用电加热管+油气混输油气集输工艺,简化地面集油流程、优化贝中油气集输工艺,贝中区块减少脱水站、污水站各1座。应用电加热集油后与掺水工艺相比减少掺水管道112km,减少集油阀组间8座。
