为研究论证核心力量训练是否能够有效地提高公安专业学生的体能素质,运用文献资料法、专家调查法、实验法以及数理统计法等研究方法,对某警察学院2015级公安专业学生在体能训练中引入核心力量训练进行实证研究。结果显示:对照组与实验组在身体素质上均有提高,但实验组在7项指标比实验前具有显著性差异(P<0.01),核心力量训练对力量、速度、灵敏性和协调性素质的训练效果较为明显;实验后8项指标中实验组与对照组具有显著性差异,说明实验组比对照组在速度、力量、灵敏、协调等素质训练中比对照组提高幅度大,尤其是实验组的协调性、灵敏性和上下肢力量传导能力比对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 :核心力量训练对公安专业学生体能提高幅度较大,尤其是协调性、灵敏性、速度、力量等素质挺高幅度较为显著。
