如何引导初中学生学习英语,培养其学习兴趣,增强教学效果,避免在以后的学习过程中产生两极分化,消除英语学习被许多学生视为畏途的现象,是每位英语教师面临的一个普遍性问题。本文旨在探讨在实际教学工作中,教师应如何遵循学生身心发展的规律设计课堂教学、组织教学活动,充分利用新编教材图文并茂、生动形象及与生活实际密切联系的特点,改进教学方法,以期达到调动学生学英语的积极性,从而培养他们的非智力因素,最终实现英语素质教育的目标。一、抓住学生心态,创造学习氛围,培养学生学习英语的自信心
