一、优化新课导入,刺激学生求知欲望记得刚工作时没有经验,要么听老教师的课,照搬照套,一节课从头讲到尾;要么照着教材和教参模仿设计,毫无新意。学生开始还能端坐认真听讲,但是时间长了,一些比较活泼的学生就会失去兴趣,不再认真听讲。针对这些情况我一直很烦恼,认为自己在教学过程中虽然也完成了教学任务,但是教学效果却差强人意。于是我尝试改变策略,每节新课之前总会给学生留下几个问题,或是与数学
