改革开放以来,我国市场化规模越来越大,各类企业如雨后春笋般出现,尤其是中小企业的大量出现,带动了我国经济的快速发展,同时解决了大量就业问题。但同时,快速发展的中小企业在社会保险制度方面也存在诸多问题,且在当前和谐社会背景下企业与职工在社会保险方面的矛盾越来越突出。本文主要分析目前中小企业在社会保险方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出具体的建议,以期对完善中小企业社会保险制度有所帮助。 Since the reform and opening up, the market scale of our country has been getting larger and larger, various kinds of enterprises have mushroomed, especially the emergence of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has led to the rapid economic development of our country and solved a large number of employment problems at the same time. However, at the same time, the fast-growing SMEs also have many problems in the social insurance system. In the current context of harmonious society, the contradictions between the enterprises and their employees in social insurance are becoming more and more prominent. This article analyzes the current SMEs in the social insurance problems, and specific recommendations for these issues, with a view to improving the social security system for SMEs to help.
