在太行深山区海拔500~1000m干旱荒坡特定环境条件下,通过深入调查,分析该类型区的自然降水、山石土壤特性、蒸发量及水分循环运行规律,结合荒山开发、绿化建园,设计了适合北方干旱区山旱地果园应用的不渗漏、蒸发量小、能安全蓄水越冬无冻害、水质长期保持不变的高效蓄水设施和与之配套的拦、蓄、输水设施;规划构建了以充分利用自然降水、拦蓄地表迳流与土壤饱和水流为特色,以高效蓄存、自流蓄灌与扬水蓄灌相结合多级回灌为主体的蓄灌体系;阐述了干旱荒坡梯田丰水季节和丰水年份拦蓄自然降水,干旱季节反复利用多级回灌解决山旱地灌溉问题的方法与理论;展示了变干旱荒坡梯田为理想的生态农业区的新途径。
