目的 探讨有氧运动结合健康教育对隐形肥胖高校女教工体成分的影响,为成年女性有效减少体脂提供理论依据.方法 采用自愿、知情的原则,在某高校参加体质健康检测的110名女教工中利用InBody-520人体成分仪筛选出33名隐形肥胖者,进行18周的有氧运动和健康教育干预,在第6、12、18周利用BIA法进行体成分测量,与干预前进行比较.结果 在110名女教工中,隐形肥胖者40名,占总人数的36.36%,占体脂率(BF%)≥30%人数的57.97%;中心性肥胖者78名(WHR>0.8),占总人数的70.91%.经过18周的有氧运动和健康教育干预后,BF%和WHR较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),BMI和肥胖度虽有降低但不明显.结论 对于肥胖的判断体脂率较BMI更具科学性,隐形肥胖对女性健康更具危害性;18周运动和健康教育干预可减少女教工的体脂率和腰臀比,改善身体形态.
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with health education on the composition of female teaching workers in invisible obesity colleges and to provide a theoretical basis for the effective reduction of body fat in adult women.Methods Based on the principle of voluntariness and informedness, 110 female teachers participating in physical health examination in a university 33 Invisible Obese individuals were screened by InBody-520 body composition analyzer for 18 weeks of aerobic exercise and health education intervention. Body composition was measured by BIA method at weeks 6, 12 and 18, compared with pre-intervention. Results Of the 110 women teachers, 40 were invisible obesity, accounting for 36.36% of the total, accounting for 57.97% of body fat percentage (BF%) ≥30%; 78 were central obesity (WHR> 0.8) After 18 weeks of aerobic exercise and health education intervention, the BF% and WHR decreased significantly (P <0.05), while the BMI and obesity decreased but not obvious.Conclusion The judgment of obesity Body fat rate more scientific than BMI, invisible obesity is more harmful to women’s health; 18 weeks of exercise and health education intervention can reduce female workers body fat percentage and waist-hip ratio, improve body shape.
