健身气功是体育运动项目,具有中国传统的民族风格。以自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心理调节相结合为主要运动形式,具有动作舒展、柔和缓慢、松紧结合,练养相兼等诸多特点。长期坚持锻炼能增强人体内脏器官和全身各组织的生理功能;又能调节人体的心理,促进人体心理健康的发展。本文拟围绕着健身气功对人体生理和心理的影响,做一初步的探讨和分析。
Health Qigong is a sports event with Chinese traditional ethnic style. To its own physical activity, breathing Breathing, psychological regulation as the main form of exercise, with action stretch, soft and slow, elastic combination, and many other characteristics of training phase. Long-term adherence to exercise can enhance the body’s internal organs and body tissues and physiological functions; but also regulate the human psychology, and promote the development of human mental health. This article intends to focus on the impact of Health Qigong on human physiology and psychology, to do a preliminary discussion and analysis.
