与传统图书馆伦理相比,网络环境下图书馆信息伦理的内涵和特点均有了很大变化。在读者歧视、隐私权、知识产权、馆员滥用信息权力和信息服务的社会责任方面往往会产生很多问题。为了有效地防止这些失范信息行为的发生,使网络环境下的图书馆能够更健康、更稳定地发展,我们必须积极采取对策解决网络环境下图书馆的信息伦理问题。 Compared with the traditional ethics of library, the connotation and characteristics of information ethics of library have changed greatly under the network environment. There are often many problems with reader discrimination, privacy, intellectual property, librarians abuse of information rights and social responsibility of information services. In order to prevent these misconduct information from happening effectively and to make the library network develop healthily and steadily in a network environment, we must take active measures to solve the problem of information ethics in library under network environment.
