体育教育专家于素梅曾说过:一节好课的主观感觉就教师而言,上完课以后应该是心情愉悦的,感到欣慰的,甚至是自豪的,并有一定的成就感;就学生而言,她有强烈的主动参与欲望,无论是课中还是课后都感到快乐,感到有收获,并有一定的成功体验。笔者根据高三女生的身体条件和心理特征设计了一堂练习健美操的课,设计时注意了“美感吸引”、“先易后难”“分组活动”“小组展示”“现场录影,气质分析”“过关评价”等六个环节。课后有明显的成就感,借此想和大家一起探讨。
