目的 介绍全直肠系膜切除治疗直肠癌的手术方法及治疗效果。方法 文献综述。结果 采用全直肠系膜切除方法治疗直肠癌 ,其局部复发率由 2 0 %～ 30 %下降至 3 %～ 8% ,5年生存率达 75 % ,并使保肛机率增加。结论 直肠癌手术中采用全直肠系膜切除能降低直肠癌患者局部复发率 ,提高生存率 ,改善生存质量 ,值得推广。
Objective To introduce the surgical method and treatment effect of total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer. Methods Literature review. Results The rectal cancer was treated with total mesorectal excision. The local recurrence rate decreased from 20% to 30% to 3% to 8%, the 5-year survival rate was 75%, and the chance of anal preservation was increased. Conclusions The use of total mesorectal excision in rectal cancer surgery can reduce the local recurrence rate of rectal cancer patients, improve the survival rate, improve the quality of life, and it is worth promoting.
