利用血清铁蛋白酶免疫分析(EIA)试剂盒加以改进,建立了脑脊液铁蛋白(CSFF)的微量酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。检测24例正常人和28例中枢神经系统疾病患者脑脊液铁蛋白;其检测范围为:1.25~320ng/ml,批内变异系数为3.5%,批间变异系数为6.5%,平均回收率为100.5%,结果表明:结核性脑膜炎、隐球菌脑膜炎、脑肿瘤组均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),病毒性胞炎轻度增高(P<0.05),而多发性神经根炎则无差异(P>0.05),对诊断中枢神经系统感染性疾病有一定价值,本法快速、敏感、简易适用于临床推广应用。
The serum ferritin immunoassay (EIA) kit was used to improve the micro-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of cerebrospinal fluid ferritin (CSFF). The detection of CSF ferritin was performed in 24 normal subjects and 28 patients with central nervous system diseases. The detection range was 1.25-320 ng / ml, the intra-assay CV was 3.5% and the inter-assay CV was 6.5% The average recovery was 100.5%. The results showed that tuberculous meningitis, cryptococcal meningitis, brain tumor were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.001), and viral cytokines were slightly increased (P <0 .05), while there was no difference in multiple radiculitis (P> 0.05). It is of value to the diagnosis of central nervous system infectious diseases. This method is rapid, sensitive and easy to apply to clinical popularization and application.
