历经7年3个月之久,随着最后一榀初支拱架封闭成环,国内最大横断面双线铁路隧道—兰渝铁路新城子隧道顺利贯通。新城子隧道因地质原因,建设过程之艰辛,施工作业之困难,世所罕见。高地应力、软岩大变形、超大断面各种不利因素叠加在一起,成洞非常困难。施工过程中,国内外隧道施工专家高度关注,一致认为此隧道为国际罕见具有世界级施工难度的隧道。兰渝铁路途经甘、陕、川、渝三省一市22个县(区、市),全长1171km,是国家《中长期铁路网规划》
After 7 years and 3 months, with the closure of the first arch bridge at the last one, the largest cross-section double-track railway tunnel in the country, Xinchengzi Tunnel of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway runs smoothly.
