跨国并购的成功与否在很大程度上取决于在有形资产的优势互补过程中,对企业文化差异和冲突的处理。本文分析和归纳了跨国并购企业文化整合的基本原则和不同阶段,提出了实施文化整合的具体操作步骤,对指导跨国并购企业规避文化风险、减少文化冲突、实现有效的文化整合具有十分重要的现实意义。
The success of cross-border M & A depends largely on the treatment of corporate culture differences and conflicts in the complementary advantages of tangible assets. This paper analyzes and summarizes the basic principles and stages of M & A corporate culture integration and puts forward specific operational steps to implement cultural integration. It is of great importance to guide M & A firms in avoiding cultural risks, reducing cultural conflicts and achieving effective cultural integration significance.
