There are currently seven quality standards for litchi in China (see below). Among them, “Pollution-free food litchi, longan and rambutan” are mandatory standards, and the rest are recommended standards. 1 “Fresh lychee” (SB / T10194-1993) This standard was promulgated by the former Ministry of Domestic Trade in 1993. It applies to March red, black leaf, glutinous rice 糍, cinnamon, Huai branch, Lingshan sweet litchi , Yuanhong, such as large fresh fruit
