叔丁醇作为一种优良的助溶剂,被广泛应用于生物柴油的生产过程中。本文利用数字全息干涉法测量了乙醇、正丙醇与叔丁醇的互扩散系数,实验测量的质量分数范围为0.1到0.9(间隔0.1),温度范围为303.15K到323.15K。实验结果显示:对于本文所研究的体系,混合物的互扩散系数随着温度的升高而增大;在相同的温度条件下,混合物的互扩散系数与溶液的浓度近似呈正比例关系;在相同的温度和浓度条件下,乙醇与叔丁醇的互扩散系数大于正丙醇和叔丁醇的互扩散系数。本文还提出了一个可以精确回归实验数据的关联式。
As an excellent cosolvent, tert-butanol is widely used in the production of biodiesel. In this paper, the interdiffusion coefficients of ethanol, n-propanol and t-butyl alcohol were measured by digital holographic interferometry. The experimental mass fraction ranged from 0.1 to 0.9 (interval 0.1) and the temperature ranged from 303.15K to 323.15K. The experimental results show that for the system studied in this paper, the interdiffusion coefficient of the mixture increases with the increase of temperature. Under the same temperature conditions, the interdiffusion coefficient of the mixture is approximately proportional to the concentration of the solution. In the same Under the conditions of temperature and concentration, the mutual diffusion coefficient of ethanol and t-butyl alcohol is larger than that of n-propanol and t-butyl alcohol. In this paper, we also present a correlation that accurately regresses experimental data.
