将硼转化成氟硼酸根离子后,可用氟硼酸根电极进行测定。土壤、水、氧化铝-碳化硼、单晶硅中硼用电极法测定已有报导。氟硼酸根离子电极测定钢铁中几个 ppm 硼,尚未见文献报导。我们用三庚基十二烷基氟硼酸铵为活性物质研制成聚氯乙烯膜电极,其测 BF_4~-的线性范围可达1×10~(-6)M,对 SO_4~(2-)、F~-的选择性均较好,用该电极进行了分析方法的研究,实验结果表明,主量 Fe 和大量的 Cr~(3+)、Ni~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ti~(4+)等合金元素不干扰硼的测定,铌可用酒石酸掩蔽,本法可测定钢钬中5×10~(-4)~0.x%的硼。
After boron is converted to fluoroborate ions, fluoroborate electrodes can be used for the determination. Soil, water, alumina - boron carbide, boron in single crystal silicon electrode method has been reported. Fluoroborate ion electrode for the determination of several ppm boron in steel has not been reported in the literature. We developed the poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane electrode using ammonium heptyldithioborohydrphosphate as active material. The linear range of BF 4 ~ - can reach 1 × 10 -6 M, The results show that the main Fe and a large amount of Cr ~ (3 +), Ni ~ (2 +), Mn ~ (2+) ), Co ~ (2 +), Ti ~ (4 +) and other alloying elements do not interfere with the determination of boron, niobium can be masked with tartaric acid, this method can determine the steel holmium 5 × 10 ~ (-4) ~ 0.x% boron.
